Vaccine Passes Launched Today

Anyone who is double-vaccinated for Covid-19 will now be able to request a vaccination certificate. The certificate, dubbed My Vaccine Pass, will be needed in a variety of public settings under the new traffic light system. Settings which will require proof of vaccination include events, hospitality, community, sport and faith-based gatherings. Retail stores are allowed to use the new system and request proof of vaccination from customers if they want. Access to essential services such as supermarkets, health services and petrol stations will not need a vaccine pass.
People can request the free passes by logging in to the website My Covid Record or calling 0800 222 478. All you need to know on how to use the website My Covid Record to request a vaccine pass is here.
