Future Skills has been transforming lives through education since 2001.
As a high quality Private Training Establishment (PTE), we provide vocational education that helps learners gain the skills, qualifications, and confidence to succeed in further study and employment.
Founded by Group Chief Executive Sam Alavi in South Auckland, Future Skills was established to create better education and career opportunities for local communities. What began as a single campus in Manukau has grown into one of New Zealand’s leading Private Training Establishments, with campuses in Manukau, Wiri, Royal Oak, Takapuna, and central Auckland.
In 2012, Future Skills partnered with Otago Polytechnic to establish the Auckland International Campus in central Auckland. Today, this international campus hosts more than 1,000 international students, offering qualifications from New Zealand diplomas through to master's degrees.
As an NZQA-accredited training provider, all programmes are delivered in accordance with the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF), ensuring students receive recognised qualifications that are valued by employers and educational institutions throughout New Zealand and internationally.
