Pasifika Home Ownership

Pasifika Financial Capability and Pathways to Home Ownership

BUILD A CLEAR PATHWAY TO HOME OWNERSHIP, FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.

FutureSkills’ Pasifika Financial Capability and Pathways to Home Ownership programme is a free, culturally grounded programme designed by Pasifika, for Pasifika. It supports working Pacific families to move from aspiration to action, with practical financial education, one-on-one planning, and real housing pathways.

Each household receives one-on-one support from a registered mortgage adviser. Together, you will develop a clear, realistic plan toward home ownership, including next steps and timelines. Pasifika Navigators remain involved to help with applications, documents, and follow-up actions.
